KY-ASAP is a network of locally operated Boards in the State of Kentucky. The Clark County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy (CC-ASAP) is one of those locally operated Boards. The Board consists of people in our County with a common interest in helping the progression and growth of families in our communities.

|
Following an extensive needs assessment of the community, CC-ASAP is charged with identifying gaps in services, needs and strategies to best utilize existing resources. CC-ASAP will also work to secure new resources to sustain existing initiatives and create new opportunities while providing critical substance abuse prevention and treatment services to the community.

The success of this strategy lies in:
|
- Engaging all stakeholders in planning at the community level
- Assessing community resources and needs
- Assisting in the coordination of strategies
